Dr. Frank Boukamp is a Senior Lecturer for Project and Construction Management in the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University, Australia. After finishing his degree in Computer-Aided Civil Engineering from Bauhaus University in Germany, Frank focused his research on construction data & knowledge integration and was awarded a PhD in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (USA).
Frank’s research focuses on IT solutions for construction management and construction data & knowledge integration, such as the development of Building Information Modelling (BIM) based knowledge management tools and the application of Augmented and Virtual Reality to construction and construction education.
